WHAT IS AN EARTH ALTAR
Creating and working with an Earth Altar / Medicine wheel is a ancient practice for personal growth and healing. The circular mandala design represents the cyclical nature of life and the interconnectedness of all things.
By tapping into our creativity with an open heart, we can use the Earth Altar as a portal into the present moment and create a deeper understanding of our role in the intricate web of life.
This creative togetherness practice strengthens our bond with the Earth and each other by using her sacred gifts as our medium. It is a place where we can offer our prayers, give thanks and receive guidance and healing.
We honour the wisdom of ancient cultures who saw the earth as a source of healing. Universally it is to honour the core belief that all things on earth are living and all things are connected, encompassing harmony, balance and connection.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE CEREMONY:
An opening guided meditation with cacao to connect with the earth and our centre, calling in the directions and elements and to set our intentions

Using intuition and creativity, we will gather natural objects from the surrounding area to create a beautiful and meaningful earth altar that represents balance and harmony
*
We close the ceremony with a blessing, expressing gratitude for the earth and our shared experience, reflecting on the intentions set during the gathering
